Fans of Phaedra Parks and “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” were shocked today to hear the news about her husband Apollo Nida. It was surprising to hear that he was being charged with bank fraud and identity theft and the story just gets crazier from there.

The claim is that Apollo was taking real people’s names and making fake bank accounts with them. After that, reports are that he would get checks that were stolen U.S. Treasury checks, stolen retirement checks from Delta Airline employees and checks that were meant for people who had unclaimed tax money. The money would then be put into these fake accounts and of course spent. You have to wonder if Phaedra will end up getting dragged into this because if it is true it would be surprising if she really had no idea any of this was going on behind her back. Where did she think the money came from that they were spending?

Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida have two children at home. They have been on “RHOA” since 2009 off and on. Fans are shocked to hear this news today. Nida will not go to court until February, but at this time he is released on bond.
